• Our story began 18 years ago with a dream of a young entrepreneur in Hong Kong – a dream of having his dream job.
• Starting from scratch means needing an office. However, the entrepreneur was frightened by the high rent of a private office in Hong Kong. The irregular working hours also made him wonder if an office tied to a long-term lease was really worth the money.
• "Why not rent a large office space and share the cost with others?"
• He then established his first business centre, Nuohua Commercial, in Wan Chai, which provides serviced office leasing and corporate support services with flexible lease terms, and has accumulated 18 years of experience and has become one of the leading companies in the industry today.
• However, the more he understands the needs of entrepreneurs and SMEs, the more he is motivated and determined to take the next step: not to be a landlord who simply rents out office buildings, but to be a partner who supports, protects and witnesses the growth of various enterprises and walks with them through thick and thin.
