  • Helming the kitchen of Amelia is Chef Paulo Airaudo, who is a veteran in leading the culinary team of a celebrated list of Michelin-starred restaurants in UK, Spain and Switzerland, and Head Chef Son Pham to present a creatively curated culinary journey showcasing premium seasonal produce.
