• FUMI is a Japanese restaurant and bar committed to bringing the best of the country’s food and drink to Hong Kong, serving delectable dishes in an elegant space filled with Japanese-inspired art, furniture and tableware. On top of serving omakase dinners, kaiseki meals, à la carte dishes and set lunch-es, FUMI will offer an extensive range of sakes and a selec-tion of Japanese wines. FUMI will also educate diners about Japanese heritage by presenting cultural menus to coincide with Japanese festivals and hosting traditional dance performanc-es, calligraphy demonstrations and talks about the country’s food culture.
